Office is nice and clean and bright….. an upgrade from the other place I recommend to everyone. Best part is they offer coffee and snack while you wait.
First and foremost, NY Best Medical by far is one of best medical facilities that I’ve ever been too. Their staff, the atmosphere and their efficiency in providing services is top notch. The nurse that attended to my care, completing my blood work was able to find my vein in less than a minute… I’ve had so many difficulties in previous hospitals and medical facilities where I would get poked all over in my arm or hand just to find a vein. I love this place.
The staff at NY Best Medical Care PC took such amazing care of everyone at a frantic point of the pandemic. They were attentive, kind, hospitable and generous to everyone in the waiting room regardless of demographic. I overheard at least two languages other than English being used to communicate with patients. Marina handed out lollipops and juice boxes to those of us getting vaccinated. The practitioners themselves were professional, patient and proficient. This is a little medical practice with a HUGE HEART and angelic staff. I couldn't recommend their services, professional courtesy and kindness highly enough. Thank you to Marina and the team - you truly made for a Good Friday.
